Full Journal pdf2002-05-14 House Journal Page 3743 HB 162 Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3717) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 162 "An Act relating to absences from the state under the longevity bonus program." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 162(STA) (same title) 2002-05-14 House Journal Page 3744 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Foster moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 162, thus adopting SCS HB 162(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 162?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS HB 162(STA) Concur YEAS: 33 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 6 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, Hudson, James, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Murkowski, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Wilson Excused: Ogan Absent: Berkowitz, Davies, Joule, Mulder, Porter, Williams And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS HB 162(STA). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 162(STA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
